I spent a lot of time coaching people on how to speak in relatively formal or constructed environments, meetings, pictures, presentations.

But what about just the standard conversation?

And it occurs to me that because we're not conversing as much, because everything's being done by text, because everything's being done in a s in a Slack channel.

And I think this is really key.

I think we need to get back to being

Human.

I also think that's why when we're seeing in it a move bec people are saying, Oh, I just want more in person events.

I want more po in person events.

People don't know how to create those spaces for themselves.

So they want people like us to create fusion lunches or networking events so they can have that good feeling fix of being around other human beings.
