Um, and so it might create visibility for a little while, but visibility without connection I think is a complete and utter waste of time.

You might as well just take out a billboard.

Of course a billboard is more expensive than an Instagram post, but y you know what I mean?

So there's the there's that.

There's also um well I uh I hosted one of my fusion lunches yesterday and

Everyone who attended as they were leaving just said how good it was to sit down and have conversations with real life people.

And as I'd commented at the beginning when I went around the table doing all of the introductions of everybody.

I said that I'd started Fusion about fifteen years ago when I was a solo business owner back then and I was lonely and I wanted to create spaces where I could have interesting, stimulating and inspiring conversations with other people.

And fast forward fifteen years and I work in different workplaces, I'm talking to different people all the time.

But

When we work from home now, and of course post COVID, a lot of us are working from home, even if we work in large organizations.

And so our conversations are

in Slack channels, they're in Team Chats, they're in online meetings, and

We are losing

quite literally losing the incidental and ad hoc conversations that used to take place in the tea room or in the lunchroom.

Or as you arrived at work, how was your weekend?

You know, all those kind of conversations.

So and and the other thing that's actually had me really present to this is I've literally just sent off a proposal to a marketing agency who wants some coaching and support for their team because
