And so we got to the final uh the first day of the final trial and I wouldn't settle.

Constantly I was poisoned many times when I wouldn't settle.
And and essentially the other side has nothing.
They have absolutely nothing.
And all the lawyers on the other side are fighting.
It's the whistleblower attorney and the Department of Justice attorney and the HUD attorney.
They're all fighting.
And at the end of the day, my attorney turns to me and he's white as a sheet and he says.
Oh my god, they had absolutely nothing.
So I live in um one of the first things I did is I sold my big mansion in Washington and bought a country home in Hickory Valley, Tennessee.
And I moved to Hickory Valley, Tennessee.
I have cousins who are cotton farmers in Hickory Valley, Tennessee.
And I moved to Hickory Valley, Tennessee because I knew that the cost of living was much, much lower.
And um so the county I live in in in Tennessee has a per capita income of twenty-four thousand dollars.
A year.
Yeah, very, very low income.
And one of the things when I as soon as I moved there, what I realized is we were targeted for predatory lending by all the big banks and lenders.
And so one of the ways I used to entertain myself, you know, I was trained on Wall Street and I was trained by the top, some of the best lawyers on Wall Street how to negotiate.
