and I think including the American public to fight back and push back.

So what we have seen today is some of the officers who were harmed by those January six rioters who were pardoned by Donald Trump, they have filed a lawsuit to challenge the use of this weaponization fund and its legality.

And you're seeing now members of Congress actually asking, and I'm demanding along with my colleagues, oversight over the IRS and why they think this is legal and why they have the ability to do that.

And then you're going to see many of us, including some Republicans who I've heard, are introducing legislation to call this out and basically say this cannot be done.

And we as a Congress have to step up to the plate.

That means not just Democrats, Republicans who are in control right now.

They got to step up and they've got to push back against this level of corruption that we're seeing.

Yeah, very quickly.

My concern is it's a pretext by this administration to invade Cuba without coming to Congress, jeopardizing men and women in our military again, and not letting the American public know what's going on.

That's my concern.

I appreciate your passion and your belief, and you've spent years really talking about the issues that matter to you, and I appreciate that.

Let me ask you a couple of questions, though I just need some clarification.

Right now, there's a 40 year old law that requires hospital ERs accepting payment from Medicare to actually provide emergency care to patients.

So let's say a woman experiencing a life threatening condition like a heart attack goes to the ER.

As a lawyer, you would agree that that federal law protects her right to emergency care, correct?

So now a pregnant woman with life threatening bleeding from an incomplete miscarriage goes to the ER.
