Mr Bouchaker had suffered a head injury requiring significant treatment.
The judge said that this had had an impact on Mr Bouchaker's ability to sustain concentration.
And because of this, accommodations were needed to ensure he gets a fair trial.
And he explained that this
will mean that there may be more breaks than usual and that the process may be longer to ensure that Mr Boucher gets these breaks.
He needs frequent rest.
He said that this is all to ensure that he gets a fair trial.
He also said that the accused man has the assistance of an interpreter and an intermediary who will assist him with language and evidence.
