Yeah, exactly.

It's so boring.

This was fascinating to me, and I'm probably the only person who's doing this textual cross-analysis right now.

I watched the documentary first, where she talks about... She's trying to, like, retcon and say she always wanted to be a fashion designer, which simply isn't true when you read this book, because it's never once mentioned, right?

All she wants to be in this book is a singer, and she tries to be an actress as well.

And she...

says that in the documentary that she got a private jet, flew her over to Versace, and she went into the Don't Tell a Versace store, and that she got to try on anything she wanted, and she picked a dress, and she's like, I want this change, I want that change, and she entirely redesigns the dress, right?

Yeah.

And she went in a private plane.

Now, this is really nitpicky, but in the book, she went in a helicopter from Nice,

And she says, and I picked a black dress and it was really nice.

I feel like if she'd really redesigned the dress, that would have been in the book because that's pretty fucking ballsy to redesign a Versace dress.

There's also then this, sorry, that was the discrepancy I noticed, but it was enough for me to go, I'm...

And look, loads of time has passed and she's been in a million private jets now.

So maybe she's like, oh, it was a private jet, but it was a private helicopter.

But to me, it's been in neither.

And just the redesigning of the dress thing, I felt like it was fake when I saw it in the documentary.

And then I read the piece in the book after because the book's so tedious, I kept putting it down.

And I was like, wait a second.

And that was like, honestly, pathetically, the greatest thrill of reading this book is that discrepancy because that's how boring the book is.
