So he's somehow relating that to the Iberflues defensive coordinator situation, and he keeps going, and he's trying to push back on the idea that he makes all these decisions, but rather they're collaborative decisions instead.

He also talked here about what they have right now with Dak Prescott, and obviously George Pickens having a big year.

Sidney Lamb is still there, wants to be better next season, so he's looking ahead to an aggressive offseason.

So they traded Micah Parsons, but now they're going to do other dramatic things to try and take a run at it next year because he wants to win Super Bowls.

I don't really know where they're at.
