If that's still an issue maybe with the parent who's worried, look into auditing college classes.
The first thing I would do as a parent is to join online or in person homeschooling and gifted support groups and talk to other parents, get firsthand advice and support.
That would be the first thing.
That's what helped me when I was, you know, when I thought we were the only ones in the world that were going through this.
And uh I found an online
uh gifted parenting support group.
So that's probably the main thing I would do.
And then second would be then to go ahead and just read, you know, widely on giftedness, on homeschooling, if you're choosing to go down that path, but to read because the stories and information you find on giftedness differs depending on the person writing it and their perspective
perspective and you know, where uh their experience lies.
So I would read widely.
The book was written from the perspective that I went down our journey with my three gifted sons, overcoming these struggles, learning the hard way, learning from mistakes, learning from success.
And I wrote the book with this is what I would have wanted to have before I started the journey.
So it's a blueprint of you have a gifted child, what do you do now?
Mainly with their education.
So it's it's it's definitely a I've been there, done that, this is what I learned.
So you don't have to go through those mistakes.

They have a website with resources for parents.
