What excites you about that area?
The conversation about AI and people's medical data is a very sensitive one.
So how do you guys think about ensuring that that builds trust, advances equity, and improves the outcomes without creating any new barriers of folks feeling like either their data is being used in a different way than intended or that the answers aren't right?
I'd love to just talk about your personal leadership, your vision.
So maybe just stepping back, what personal experiences or values have shaped your approach to leadership?
And particularly at this moment of transformation, thinking through how to take a large organization through those changes.
Cigna's been known for bringing in young people, very talented, and putting them through training programs, in fact, famously actuarial or finance-oriented training programs.
So from your own experience, and as you think about the people that you sponsor at Cigna and their careers, how do you think about cultivating this next generation of leaders
Looking ahead, what are the couple bold shifts that health insurers need to make now to remain valued partners in health?
I'm not sure every company can embrace them because when you talk about what you're doing on the scale of what you're doing, when I think about the U.S.
health care system, it's still immensely fragmented, even among health insurers, which are more consolidated than hospital systems.
So I wish you all the luck in taking that scale and really putting forth the new vision that you have for Cigna and for the industry.
