So you can't necessarily understand everything that they're going through.

As an organization and in our leadership, whoever it is in the organization, when we're working with people from other sectors, particularly from government sector, to know that to maintain kind of that that humility and curiosity about what it's, you know, maintain the humility and curiosity about what that what it what it's like and what what they need, what their priorities are and what they're interested in.
