we in our own communities, we need to stand up for that spectrum.
So I'm going to continue to advocate for people who look like me in my group, people who don't, people who speak the language, those who don't, um, or a link a certain language.

And when you speak about allyship, the way that I identify with it is being I use this term a lot, a stakeholder.
Because if you identify yourself as a stakeholder, you know that you are impacted.
Not to the extent necessarily of others in that group, but you see some skin in the game.

Uh, even talking about diversity inclusion from a uh professional perspective, in the state of California, we have SLPs who are master's level clinicians and then we have SLPAs who are associates or bachelor's level clinicians.
And there's been a differential there in you name it.
