I've had a variety of what that looks like.

Maybe we're easing into that for whatever reason, or maybe from the get-go, the parent's in 100% of the time.

So there's that flexibility.

There's also, not that individual clinicians have this say always, depending on what your setup is, but length of session too, right?

So do you want to do 30 minutes?

Frequency of sessions, you know, we're looking at one time a week, some depending on the funding source, it might be multiple times a week.

So that's wonderful too.

So there are all those benefits, I think, and in terms of flexibility.

And then, oh, go ahead.

Oftentimes with some funders, it was the latitude was given more to the clinic versus others.

However, I will say that even when maybe the treatment plan or the assessment was done outside and we were the third party delivering the service,

there was still, we leaned heavy on the relationships with the admin on both.

So the clinic admin and then the funding admin to negotiate what, and over time, sometimes that changed where we were, you know, the SLPs at the clinic were given the permission and authority to change some things around as they self-fit.

I've seen goals like that.

We have to start getting really creative, right.

And opening anatomy books.

bring up an important point because goals do have to match ultimately the therapy that we're delivering because we report back on those goals.

And if progress isn't seen, I think that's why the goal needs to be so individualized and appropriate for the client as well, right?

Because if progress is not seen, right?
