They're totally and utterly above the law.
And if we prosecute Trump or anybody in his administration, that might open the door to people prosecuting us.
And we don't want that at all.
But when they realize this monster is not going away and he's going to run against Biden...
Then all of a sudden they put that aside and they started the case two and a half years into the administration, which is a disaster because that means you might not be able to finish it before the elections.
It was a terrible, terrible and I think political decision.
But you just said it, Don.
He's a former president.
That's an elite.
And you protect the elites.
And the reality is that these guys, they didn't want to prosecute Trump no matter what laws he broke.
They only did it because he's running again.
If he hadn't run again, he would have gotten away with all of these crimes.
So I have a unique opinion in that I think Trump is definitely guilty of all this stuff.
And I don't think that the trials are political, but I do think the timing is political.
And but it's for the most ironic reasons.
And look down one more piece of evidence on that.
They went after the average guys on January 6th with a hammer or they were a sledgehammer.
And I don't blame them.
They broke into the Capitol.
