So I deeply respect Floyd Abrams.
He and I debated at Oxford about money in politics.
He's a great lawyer and he's largely right about most of those things.
So, first of all, as I said earlier, I agree on Hamilton Hall.
Once you go in there, I get it.
They got to clear you out at some point.
Second of all, it's not a government issue.
He's right.
Columbia is a private university.
But the distinction is, are we talking about free speech as a governmental issue, in which case I would point to the law that the bill that the House just passed where they basically made criticizing Israel illegal, which is deeply, deeply unconstitutional.
It's one of the most unconstitutional things I've ever seen.
But when Columbia does it, then we're talking about free speech as an idea.
And universities are supposed to be in favor of free speech ideologically, not necessarily based on the U.S.
Constitution.
They're not the government.
He's right about that.
But as an ideology, no, Columbia is saying, no, I'm going to send in NYPD to crack your skulls and arrest you and expel you if you dare protest Israel.
And that is not in line with the ideology of free speech.
