So as we sort of unearthed the direction that we wanted to go anyway, we sort of did that under the banner of account-based marketing.
And that really opened up a lot of our customers to say, wow, we can do this sort of stuff that we didn't think we could do before.
Uh, so it's me and the co-founder, me and my co-founder Chris, and we have a couple of part-time employees that we, uh, we hire up when we need to.
Yeah.
Um, our customer churn, um,
Probably looking at around monthly, I would say less than 5%.
That's honestly being a bit of our killing field.
I come from a technical background.
I'm running another company before this.
Which one?
I had a business intelligence company, a service company that worked with SAP Business Objects as a partner.
though it was a service-based company before that, that I decided that I got.
I decided I don't want to be a service anymore.
I want to be a product.
Whole other world.
That's a whole other conversation.
And then Chris, he comes from an enterprise sales background, so he has the enterprise sales experience and understanding how the enterprise sales work.
But we've always missed marketing.
So back to your point, how we actually got our customers originally is purely by form posting.
