Well, thank you, Steve.

I think that if we don't know our history and where we came from, we lose our sense of identity.

And if we lose our identity, we don't know where we're going, which is our destiny.

And if we don't know where we're going, we don't know what we're leaving behind, which is our legacy.

So it all starts with history and remembering.

And so to tell this story, we have a generation of people out there today, young people who weren't there.

They don't know the

the punch in the gut of the tragedy and the sacrifice of that day.

So we need to tell that story.

And so this is a song about remembering in general.

I encourage people, I say, just because I say never forget doesn't mean never question.

There's a lot of narratives out there that we should still be asking the question, still be investigating, pursuing the truth.

But at the end of the day, it's a tragedy that was purchased on our soil that has a requirement in the present day.

And I think that story is worth telling.

And we're using music to do it.

You know, the funny thing, Steve, is people, this song, it is an anthem.

It's resonated with a lot of people.
