It's going to change your whole org chart.
So you got to have builders on your team that are building this stuff.
And it's going to be an upfront investment.
It's probably not going to make you money for a few months, but then you get three months, six months down the road.
Your labor costs have dropped.
Your efficiencies are up.
Your revenue is growing faster.
So that's kind of how I would think about it.
It's insane.
I think if people aren't using it, you're just... You're going to get left in the dust.
And whether you're an employee, whether you're a leader, whether you're an entrepreneur, use it to make the output better.
Not to make slop, to make the output better.

max out your context on the front the front end so your connectors your context window and if you don't have those things like we're very fortunate we got a lot of sops we got a lot of documentation now some of it's outdated some of it's you know whatever but we just we we built those into the tools and skills and context and branding guides and all the things uh and as a result i mean it was just

But you got to maximize the context window.
You got to maximize your setup on the front end.
And then the fruit on the back end starts getting better and better and better.
Most entrepreneurs think about hiring the completely wrong way.
