And I think you can, two of those things can be true.
I think some people think, hey, that's maybe a ruthless way to run a business or what are you just like axing people?
Well, no.
You can be both building a talent bench at all times and
Treat your people with dignity and respect and be clear in communication.
And I think it's better for everyone because what most people don't think about is if you lose a key person and you struggle to replace them, it impacts every other person in the company.
And they actually might be out of a job because...
That key person that's responsible for the sales or the fulfillment or whatever else, now you don't have them.
And so now everybody else's job and the performance of the company is less.
And so you're actually being selfish.
By not doing that, you're sacrificing and jeopardizing the roles of everybody else in the company.
That's really stupid.
