I mean uh well

For internal uh Alberta p purposes it's a good play, but also I think uh a lot of people believe that Stephen Harper uh strength was on the economic front.

He was the prime minister during the global financial crisis and he also uh appointed Mark Kearney uh as governor of the Bank of Canada.

But um notwithstanding what's happening in the conservative movement, Stephen Harper speaks more loudly to conservatives, uh mainstream ones in this country than Pierre Polyev.

Um and he does so on a basis different than uh partisan politics.

Their roles are different.

So I don't see that as a betrayal of the Conservative Party, but I see that as a sign that uh

In theory, even if Mark Carney were out of office tomorrow and replaced by a Conservative government, that stability, the tread line, would not change when it comes to investment.

Complicated election to cover.

Um there are five parties on the ballot.

All of them could score more than ten percent of the vote, which means the dynamics um riding per writing are really hard to predict.

The Patskeviko is still leading, but it's leading, it has hit the ceiling months ago with thirty percent.

And and it is stuck there.

Uh and the the coalition of near Quebec, the incumbent Premier Freshettes party

Uh is is come out of the basement, but it's not out of the woods uh yet.

is there are two parties that are actually vying for office.

The the Quebec liberals are not managing to to get true to Francophone Quebecers and the real battle taking place on the territory that will determine the outcome is Francophone Quebec and that's the Pat's Québécois and the CAQ.

Voters are conflicted.
