Uh a and if you don't see it as as interference in Canadian politics, that will backfire, I will predict, because there's not enough credibility attached to anyone on the Trump team to uh actually carry the date.

There are discussions about how you have to what was the expression, fall in line.

And I'm not sure that it leads anywhere to say this is a dangerous moment and we fear it beyond saying it because once we've said that we're in a circular argument here.

Uh but none of us is saying we should be doing A instead of B that we're doing now.

Uh and no one uh of stature on the Canadian scene is actually saying, Can we go back and accept those terms uh at the negotiating table?

So this is where we're at.

This is where a Canadian voters are at.

Uh and I don't think voters uh live in a fairyland.

So it could be worse.

We could be all over the map.

We've seen that in the past.
