A couple of weeks later, she called me and said, right, you're going in on, I think it was the 5th or the 6th of January.

Get yourself ready.

This is end of 2005.

So I only told my mum.

That was the only person that I told.

And I was so excited.

I felt like I'd finally got the break that I'd been trying to get for a long time, you know, walking around London, going to castings and modelling jobs, getting some, getting knocked back on others.

So it was like, this is it.

Well, they didn't tell me.

I found out when I got called to the diary room live on air and I was the first person in the house.

And that's how I found out that I was not only just the only non-celebrity, but that I had to pretend to be a celebrity as well.

And, you know, the first thing that went through my mind is, oh, my God, please don't say they want me to pretend that I'm actually Paris Hilton.

I've got to do this American accent.

That was my first worry that went through my head.

But, yeah, it wasn't until I'd got out of the car, walked into the house and was in the diary room.

That's when I found out.

Oh, it was such a, I was terrified, absolutely terrified.

So I had to say that I was a member of a girl band called Candy Floss, with a K. And I had a number one hit in Japan.

But they said that I could make up the rest.
