So, you know, it was all of that and, you know, lies and manipulation just to keep you in that hold of being fearful, of being worried, of not letting you live because you can't live when you're so scared.

Even today, I still look over my shoulder, you know, and I always will.

And I wasn't able to speak up about it because at the point, at that time, I didn't even know what it was.

I didn't know that... I didn't know what narcissism was.

And then when I did it, everything made sense.

It just, it all became clear.

I think if you're starting to question things, then there's a problem.

It's like gaslighting, isn't it?

It makes you think that what you're thinking is not the truth.

So I think if you're at a point where you are questioning your own mind, it's because someone's making you question your own mind because that's the place that they want you to be in to make you feel like you're going mad and your reality is warped.

I didn't.

I couldn't.

I just took a step back from work completely.

I was in no mental state to be working, be socializing.

I was just surviving.
