Hello everyone and welcome to a pre-season chat with chaps.

I thought I would come back.

It's been a while.

There's not been much to talk about really from a Millwall front, but we'll get into some stuff.

I thought I'd let the dust settle.

I was about to say the anger and disappointment of not getting into playoffs at the end of the season.

would have gone by now, it doesn't.

But we look forward, we move on.

And at the point of recording, we're less than 24 hours before the fixtures get announced.

So lots to look forward to.

So I want to give this video a little bit of structure, because I could go on a ramble about all sorts.

So I probably still will end up rambling.

But the structure I'm going to try and give this video is I'm going to talk about three things that I think went well,

last season.

Three things that I think maybe didn't go so well.

And then three things that I think we need to do in pre-season to improve and go on better next year.

So that's what I'm going to try and do.

I probably will ramble, as I say, but just to try and sort of keep me focused on some of the points.
