It's actually seven years to the day that we signed Sean Hutchinson.

He is a fantastic servant for the club.

In my opinion, one of the best centre-backs I have personally seen down there.

But everyone has a time where their time is up.

And I think he's absolutely still vital to the squad.

But he shouldn't be a guaranteed starter for me.

He didn't look the same player as he came in last season.

And maybe he still wasn't fit.

I don't know.

And maybe if we go to a five, he can prolong playing a lot more.

But playing in a two, I'm not so sure anymore.

And I also think maybe it's time for a new captain.

But I'll come to that in a moment.

So...

We need a centre-back.

I've heard rumours of Brian Platt.

I don't know who he is.

I've never seen him play, but I keep hearing these rumours.

But I think either way, we need another centre-back who's comfortable with the ball at the feet, can play on a two, can play on a three, and that replaces Charlie Questwell.

So that's two players.
