Personally, I felt he was managed well last year.

I know everyone doesn't agree with that and that people think he should have played more games and more time.

I think, personally, he was... Maybe he should have come on a couple of times earlier, but in terms of starts and things, I think he was managed perfectly.

Next season is a time for him to step up.

But how nice is it to have these players actually being integrated into the first team at such a young age?

You know, players before, like the two lads that went to Man City...

One of them is now at Southampton.

We may see him next season down at the Den.

And then, you know, Lovelace, these players, before they can be properly integrated, get snapped up.

So it's fantastic to get SA signed to a contract and, you know, be another player that's going to be integrated as part of the first team.

So don't underestimate, you know, to take a step back and look at this.

The next point on this one is crowds.

So our average crowd attendance was up 12%.

Now, again, another one that I know divides opinion, right?

In terms of, you know, we're bringing in more fans, but are they kind of the bread and butter Millwall fans?

And are they eating into the kind of,

the typical hardcore Millwall fan set.

For me, I think what you need to do as a club is you need to absolutely be trying to build a base around some of the foreign market

You know, the countless amount of Dutch and German fans down there.

And I don't mind that.
