I'm Charles Capel.
SpaceX has made history with the biggest stock market listing of all time.
The Elon Musk-led company has raised $75 billion with shares priced at $135 each.
At that price, SpaceX is worth about $1.77 trillion, making it one of the world's most valuable public companies.
Including employee stock awards and options, the valuation rises to roughly $1.8 trillion.
Dan Ives is the global head of technology research at Wedbush Securities.
AI big tech bull Dan Ives there, as Musk's fan base played a crucial component of the deal.
Sources tell us retail investors alone have placed more than $100 billion in orders, far exceeding the 20% of shares reserved for them.
Mathematically, it's very hard to see how you could see SpaceX delivering the same kind of returns as a public company as Tesla did.
But I think what this speaks to is a requirement for investors to have exposure to growth in both the private and the public markets.
And as well as raising tens of billions of dollars for the company, the listing of SpaceX makes Elon Musk a near-trillionaire.
It's a status he could hit once the stock starts trading later today, as Bloomberg's Tom McKenzie reports.
And sticking with the UK, Defence Secretary John Healey has resigned from Keir Starmer's government, dramatically weakening the Prime Minister's authority.
Healey was joined by Junior Defence Minister Al Khans and two ministerial aides in stepping down in a row over how to fund increased defence spending.
The resignations plunge the administration into a fresh crisis.
Bloomberg's James Walcock has more.
And Keir Starmer has appointed Dan Jarvis to replace John Healey as defence secretary.
And European central bank policymaker Primož Dolentz says yesterday's interest rate increase was necessary to keep prices in check.
Speaking hours after the quarter point increase, Slovenian central bank chief explained the decision.
