and yes as a prosecutor you can likely get an indictment but the most important thing is that you want to get a conviction our community has suffered far too many times in seeing someone get indicted someone get arrested and not get convicted at trial because the evidence didn't stick and so i want us to understand the importance of patience in this moment
not saying that that means we are any less vigilant but that we are continuously disciplined in putting the amount of expectation on this process so that when we get to a point of accountability that accountability does not elude us i want to talk about some of the misinformation uh with this and if you guys just have a few moments give me one minute i'm back with you guys i'm going to get a word in from our sponsors
When you say we, I need you to be more specific because I think that what happens is everybody has different interests and there are people who benefit from the confusion.
I was talking earlier about the fact that it becomes easier to dismiss everything when things are going in different directions.
And so for those of us who are either looking for the truth or wanting the truth,
it's important that we are very, very mindful.

She and I have gotten into it at different points about being mindful of sticking to just the facts that we know that have been verified.
She don't know about it.
And she and I have had that happen before.
But what I can say is...
In a situation like this, we must be very, very careful because a lie will make it all the way around the world before the truth has a chance to get out of it.
And in this situation, it is so, so, so delicate and fragile in understanding, separating what's true versus what's speculation.
Like for example, the autopsy conversation.
People I've seen, I have literally seen what I know now to be AI made up autopsy reports.
from the death of Nolan Wells.
That has not been reported by any major news outlet.
That has not been confirmed or reported by the attorney from the family.
And that has not been reported or confirmed by the sheriff's office in Mississippi.
