And essentially, they're telling me, no, your ass is dead.
You're fixing to die.
All you got left is mitigation.
And in Texas...
It's a wrap.
You know what I'm saying?
If you're counting on hypnosis to save you, it's over.
But we had this claim.
It came up at the last minute, and I had a new attorney that was helping me.
He was a professor at American University.
So it was him and a class of third-year law students that were able to put this appeal together in about 45 days and follow it.
Bam!
