Yeah.
The first part was why is family integrity?
I think there are placeholders when you use core values in the sense of single word things like family, integrity.
What you're saying is how do I treat family?
How do I treat the people I love?
How do I interact with those things?
I think it sounds like that's the difference.
That's fair.
It's a different definition.
It's a different filter point.
So when you do this and you work with clients, what are the first steps that you do when you're walking through this?
Because again, in order for you to win 30 awards on the best places to work, there's obviously something that's actually working.
You're doing some very core things.
So when you talk about engaged, so the first question is, you know, what non-work environment do you feel engaged?
How would you define engaged?
Like you're excited to be there?
And when you've asked leaders about this and you've asked teams about this and you get this, what are the answers that you're like, no, you completely missed the mark.
That's not at all what I'm asking about, but this is actually what I'm asking.
Complete lack of situational awareness.
