And I also had a an important story to tell to help move and progress that story forward towards unity, towards unity in the community, towards uh
A better future towards a brighter future.
Look, I'm not here to carry water or represent any party, Democrat, Republican, Conservative, Liberal.
I'm here to stand as my own person.
Um but politics should never be uh more important than people.
Um if I'm a spokesperson for anything, let it be for unity.
If I'm a spokesperson for anything, let it be for bringing us back together.
Um, I know that's a v an uphill battle, obviously, Don.
But
You know, I I I think my mom would have been a much re better representative for something like this.
She was a very kind person.
I lost her a couple of years ago, but she instilled a lot of these values in me.
And um and and I believe truly um that she would have advocated for me to reach out to Christine.
