I am a perfectionist, but again, I try, I got to back myself off sometimes because if it's too perfect, it just becomes stiff.
My advice would be, and I still have to follow this advice.

It feels more relatable sometimes.
and when you're specifically when you're cutting a vocal making a song don't punch in every single phrase don't punch in every single breath like maybe sing it down live with the song for a couple days and then come back fresh the next morning or night whatever you feel most inspired
and then sing it all the way down and that's the vocal because it's gonna feel the loosest and most relatable.

with him in mind like telling him that it's okay to like you can tell me about your emotions father to son you don't always have to be the hero and remain strong tough exterior you can it actually made our relationship stronger than it already was and a song did that um blood can like predict the future sometimes it's kind of crazy like your other friend
