First, from a consumer perspective, what are customers seeing with regard to these fees?
How common are they?
Why are more businesses tacking on these surcharges for credit card purchases?
Why has the number grown?
And so, Anna Maria, for the small businesses that decide to pass along those credit card fees to customers, how big a deal are they really to the business's bottom line?
There are lots of people that don't like the idea of these fees, Anna Maria, and not just consumers.
And in fact, these fees by merchants haven't always been allowed.
Isn't that correct?
