I guess I was just nervous about how Leah is and the news that's come out recently of her being out of a coma temporarily.

So I was out training for Molokai to Oahu, the race I have coming up in Hawaii.

So that's the insurance prone paddleboard world championships.

So it's a race between Molokai and Oahu.

It's a 52 kilometer race that's intended to be downwind.

On a board.

So yeah, using just your arms.

I'm in the unlimited category, which basically means whatever size board you want.

And it's an 18 foot board with a rudder and a tiller.

And you're just trying to catch big ocean open swells.

Most of the time on my knees, but your legs get tired.

So you go on your guts to recover a little bit.

And you're paddling and you're paddling and you're paddling for how many kilometers?
