You know, it would be more logical. matched

It would make greater regulatory coherence if all of this was done by the central bank. matched

And it's particularly important now because there's a new directive, an EU directive coming in, which was going to require greater regulation matched

of anybody who offers finance as part of what they do. matched

They're called credit intermediaries. matched

There's about 760 of them. matched

And they'll have to disclose fees and they'll have to have matched

a conduct of business conditions and staff will have to be qualified. matched

But why is the central bank doing some regulation of credit intermediaries, but not all of them? matched

And then you get this ridiculously confusing situation where if your insurance company, you have an insurance company, it's regulated by the central bank for presidential regulation. matched

But if they offer you to allow you to pay your premium every month, matched

That bit of it is regulated by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission because it's seen as them operating as a credit intermediary. matched

So it's just a mess, Matt. matched
