Moving is one of these schemes because it's tax advantageous.
But Barlow Rowan Tree, he's an economist in Trinity, he's made this point that the big gainers here are going to be wealthy people, essentially.
People who can take a bit of risk.
And he says, essentially, it'll see money moving around from
different investments into these kind of accounts.
Yeah, yeah.
