I think the biggest question mark in all this is Bryce Harper, who for the most part has looked fine in three games.

I mean they're going to try to get him off his feet when they get a chance.

They've taken him out for the ninth inning a couple days.

Um but there's really

only one miscue I've seen.

He didn't back up a ball that Derek Hill um hit the ground very hard trying to catch in center field.

But otherwise it's it's been very smooth sailing, which is interesting.

And I I think the perspective for from some Phillies people is well, could the defense be worse?

And honestly, I I mean their defense is not been great this season.

Honestly.

And right now it it looks about the same or better.

And I think that's what they could hope for.

Yeah, absolutely.

And I think that begins with Harper.

Um, that's obviously been a big piece of the conversation.

As P has said many times he's willing to move back to right field.

And for years it's really felt like the Phillies, they're they've not been willing to do that.

But to do that for Luis Arias, they felt was worth it.

So I think it began with Harper said this a lot over the years.

He repeated it last week to my colleague Matt Gelb with Athletic.
