But he's tall and he's quite...
He's quite a presence.
He's quite stocky.
He's quite tall.
So he's a great one to be able to get up and defend those Chelsea set pieces.
And he kept making those runs for Burnley, even when they didn't have too many chances, but that's the commitment that they want.
Another show of his character is that he broke his nose early in the first half.
And he kept going over to the touchline to have bits of cotton wool put up there and sort of stop the flow of the blood.
But he played the full 90 minutes.
He played the entire game.
And I didn't see...
a break in his in his play he kept you know making those tackles making those runs doing the defending and that's the kind of player that Sean Dyche and Burnley want want someone who's committed tough and he's doing everything for their team especially when they're not safe in the Premier League um and he's a bit like a Dama Traore he's on course for his best scoring season for Burnley so in his last two seasons at Burnley in the Premier League he scored 10 goals um
And this season, so far after 22 games that he's played, he's already scored 10 goals.
And it's hard to envision him not scoring again in the next 14, especially with Ashley Barnes out after hernia surgery.
So he's going to be really important for Burnley as they go forward this season.
So I think he'll be remembered as a great Premier League player and a great Spurs player.
I think once the dust has settled, he'll be synonymous with that Mauricio Pochettino era.
That huge improvement that we saw both at the club and on the pitch.
Ericsson had a massive impact during that time, not just with his goals and his assists,
but also the way he played.
