Do you think there's a right way to argue?
I got to a place in one of my relationships where I loved arguing because it was so it felt like untying a knot.
And it wasn't like, yes, let's fucking scream at each other.
It was never that.
It was more just we're having like tough conversations and it feels really it's hard.
But like in this, I have to look after you and you have to look after me and we have to kind of guide each other through this and pop out the other end as a team.
It was like teamwork vibes.
Every time an argument came up, I was just like, oh, fun.
How are we going to go about this?
But only because it was net positive.
Everything we were arguing about was, yeah, like conversation styles, communication, stuff like that.
Stuff to like foundational to working out the relationship.
This reminds me of last Friday on Shameless Podcast's Dumb Stuff Friday episode.
They did a predictors of divorce segment.
And one of the listener submissions was, if you don't fight,
It's more of a predictor of divorce because it means generally that you don't care enough to voice your opinions and your emotions and know each other.
That's what I'm with you.
