balance of the error is more important in some parts of the corner than the other yeah like for example like under brakes or you know that's where we spend most of our time is under brakes in the entry phase so that's more important than you know the entry oh sorry the midpoint on the exit but i don't really know why they because like i when they were like oh yeah we need a parity adjustment no we just need a balance adjustment well all of us would like
balance adjustment to the rear right now like every manufacturer like all we're doing every weekend is trying to make our cars not edgy while still being able to turn yeah which i i was really like back in 2023 or i was they were talking about it and i was like whatever you guys do don't move the balance backwards like don't allow our teams to move the balance backwards like it makes the cars easier to drive but it makes it harder to follow
Like, I'm actually finding it really hard to follow at the moment because the cars are so, like, the balance is so rearwards trying to fix the stability, like, to make them, like, fast, but it makes the racing harder.
Yeah, but it makes it easy to follow, like, if it's more forwards.
So I think if, like, if we ever go back to the tunnel again, I think they've got to focus on moving that back forwards again for all the cars.
How was your first lap in practice?
To be honest, it was actually quite a hard track to...
I thought like in practice, because like most traditional Aussie tracks are like, you go down a straight and then you break to the apex and then you're, you got another straight again.
Whereas this just had like at seven corners were attached to like turn four, which was the hairpin.
So turn five, there was like six other corners attached to it.
So if you ran a little bit wide at one corner, your next corner was staffed.
And then the one after that was staffed.
And then it took, it took actually probably like the whole practice to like actually build a flow for me.
I was like selling George.
I'm like, oh, we're like talking about changes and stuff.
And I was like, just leave it.
Like, you just get so out of position.
