I started writing.

And the more I started writing, the more I started learning, reading about how to structure, not structure, about how, you know, fade in, fade out.

But I was always a natural storyteller.

I was really good at telling stories.

And I did it.

And then I said, I'm going to play all the characters, all 18 characters myself.

I said, I'm not going to have people read it.

I'm going to play the parts.

I got a part on a TV series called Peter Gunn.

And it was a movie of the week, and I got like $10,000 for that.

And that was able to sustain me for the year.

Okay.

Because my rent was like $300 a month.

North Hollywood.

Okay.

And I lived in a dump, one of those motels like we all.

And I had a dumpy car, and it was pretty...

But it's like an actor, you know, I'm not, you know, what are you gonna do?

You're an actor, that's the way you live.

And finally I finished writing it, and then I borrowed some, I borrowed money from my friend who owned the limelight, Peter Gation.
