That's where we want to see women succeed, quote unquote, or at least where we want to see them apply themselves.
And so I think that a lot of the anxiety
Because I mean, think about the number of women who are incredibly successful financially in terms of their professional and personal lives on every level in a way that their mother's generation or their grandmother's generation could have never dreamed of.
They own their own property.
They have an incredible education, a great career.
They love great friendships.
They travel.
They have hobbies, all of this.
And yet they are faced with this narrative that it is not only not enough because they don't have the romantic and familial aspect, but also that in fact, them being so successful independently has probably come at the cost of them finding a partner because as we all know, that woman being more vulnerable and more dependent on the man is part of her appeal.
Ultimately, I think we teach women that,
that yes, a lot of the anxiety is financial, but there is a certain vulnerability.
I think that women face when they have quote unquote everything, but they don't have the romantic aspect of it.
And that is to me anyway, the number one thing that needs to be questioned.
Uh, no, because a, I have my own money.
So if I wanted to leave tomorrow, I could, and maybe I will keep them on his toes.
Uh, we've been together for 15 years, but another 15 is not guaranteed baby.
Um, but so I ha I can always leave whenever I want.
We made the decision to not have children because neither of us wants to be a primary parent.
I know I have said this a million times.
If I had children, I would be divorced because I would be so full of resentment for my husband because I don't want to be a primary parent.
