I think the first step into having more fun is to stop taking yourself so seriously. Like we're human beings. So there's a lot of mistakes and there's a lot of embarrassment. And there's a lot of like shame. And you can choose to take that in or you can choose to like literally physically think about it running like water off of a duck's back.
