I had read so many stories at the time too of people stabilizing on medications or the complete opposite where people never stabilize.

I feel lucky that I am one of the people that did.

I mean, it it took months though, like of me staying on something and not doing any changes.

And the psychiatrist that I

ultimately ended up with is also a neurologist and she never gaslit me.

She maybe doesn't understand like these groups that are out there and stuff, but she never gaslit me.

She always said, you know, what do you want to do?

So I started getting um the Olanzepine compounded.

And um

tapering down on that like for liquid.

And I got down to like one milligram and I had a reaction and I had to go back up in dose.

So it's like

Now I'm a mom of two boys.
