And and I've had to like really go go through a lot of therapy with

That mindset because for a long time I just was getting anxiety about being on these meds in the first place.

And I kind of just got to a place of like accepting what it is.

And I feel very grateful and honestly.

I probably would s maybe suggest not doing any changes, um, trying not to.

Being pregnant is hard in itself and giving birth is hard in itself because you you're going through so many body changes.

And I think that the

the one thing is just being kind to yourself.

And for me, like

going through that with a group of amazing women at this like group therapy that I did.

It felt like a community and like I wasn't alone.

And honestly, I met some really amazing.

um women through this program.

And I think that just find like a community.

You know, there's

A lot of even like Facebook groups like within your town sometimes, they have like women that meet up with other women and
