Maybe I can just jump now.

So I went off of it and I was only off of Zola for about six to eight weeks.

And I started getting a lot of

crying spells.

I was like having this like obsessive thinking about me breastfeeding and me not wanting to breastfeed.

And so I decided that I would go back to my psychiatrist.

I thought, you know what, maybe

they could get me on the lowest dose again.

I winded up taking 12.5 milligrams.

And I'm not even joking, but within six hours I was sleeping.

I awoke from my sleep.

In the worst anxiety I had ever felt in my life.

And I started pacing the room where my husband woke up and he was like, What are you doing?

And I was like, I don't know what's happening to me, but I feel like I can't stop moving.

And then I just started vomiting because the anxiety was so intense.

And

I called my psychiatrist the next day at like seven thirty in the morning and I was like, I can't take this.

Like, I don't know what's going on.

I feel like I am having a really horrible reaction.
