And how does that work?

It was horrendous.

I had met a girl uh in her compass, one of the moderators, her name was Sheila.

And she had gone through something similar.

We had a very similar story.

She had gone to a

psychiatric ward ward herself, um, and got on a cocktail of cr of prescriptions and

She was able to stabilize and ultimately then

taper off of some of the drugs and I decided that you know what, I'm just gonna try what she did in the exact way that she did it.

So I I then was put on um

Olanzepine and a benzo for a little bit.

And I did get like a little break in my symptoms.
