And like especially and even missing out on clients.
Like if you guys are both hosting a class and you've got one of those days where you get like four or five inquiries and they're calling around and you can't answer the phone.
It's not that often that people are like, it's okay, I'll just wait.
They're like, okay, that person didn't answer, so I'm gonna call the next person.
You know what I mean?
So not only are they also doing things now that you don't have to do and you can spend more time working, they're grabbing the clients that you were potentially missing out on, losing out on, money that's been taken from you and given to your competitors just because you couldn't answer the phone or get back.
