Yet every week the owner did not have enough money to pay the bills, didn't have enough money to pay staff, rent, buy supplies, maintain equipment, nothing.
That's the truth of it.
Being busy
doesn't mean you're doing well.
I'm sorry.
And it definitely doesn't mean that you're profitable.
