No, I'm glad that you gave me a shot then after having some hesitancy because it's been really fun working together and it's been nice watching you just evolve as a person.
What do you think has been the biggest mindset shift for you since you started?
I wouldn't say lazy.
I think it just goes back to that comment you made about just feeling demotivated when you're kind of by yourself, figuring everything out by yourself.
There's no one to relate to.
There's no one to talk to.
it does impact how much effort you want to put in day to day, especially when you feel like not only you're doing it alone, but you're like, okay, but am I making mistakes?
It's also thankless a lot of the time and it, yeah, it is quite demotivating.
So I'm really glad that you've been able to have that turnaround and, you know, dedicate a lot more of your passion into driving the business forward.
It's nice to hear, especially when, you know, you are someone that is actually passionate about the industry and doing right by the industry.
Like you're the kind of person that actually deserves the motivation to keep moving your business forward.
So, I mean, what do you feel some of the biggest changes in your business might be over the last couple of months?
Yeah, yeah.
I'm biased, but I like to think there's a lot in, even just the replays, like there's so much info, so many gold nuggets.
