resonate with and absorb so much more when you sit there with and i people know i'm against pen and paper i love tech i love you know doing stuff on the computer the phone apps but with this you have to be sitting there writing it down taking some accountability for yourself and your business in my opinion it's it's the method that works the best for anyone i believe

Because if you sit there and type something in your phone and look at it and quickly go, yep, that's great.

But when you actually sit there and you're thinking each word, each letter as you're writing, you're thinking about the question, writing by hand takes a lot longer.

I just feel like you connect better with the work you're doing in that moment.

Hence why I have the worksheets and I literally have in capitals and some sections, write it down.
